Termination

Equuest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that Equuest will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful code. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Equuest, LLC or its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Equuest or inability to use Equuest, including but not limited to any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
